This research explores the identification of and reflection on coping strategies that people use when facing the Sunday Blues, a negative mood experienced right before the start of a new week. A design probe in the form of a booklet was used to collect data from the 10 participants followed with focus group sessions. The course taught me various research methods, especially for field studies.
