This project is showcased through an immersive performance in the fictional art studio, "ShellCRAFT". The provocative performance is centered around a narrative of breaking. The breaking of the 29-layer sculpture is perceived as shocking, yet the structure could not have existed without the breaking of 29 eggs and the 580 hours the chicken invested in producing the eggshells. As a dual critique, our work challenges the Western practice of perpetually conserving human effort while simultaneously demanding us to value non-human effort beyond mere exploitable resources.
